AWEBBCO Swimming Pool Inspections has been providing independent swimming pool pre-purchase and pre-sale inspections for
many years. These inspections are carried out in accordance with strict industry guidelines and with relevant Australian Standards.                    

Qualifications

I hold a current BSA license No. 047319 (QBSA).

I am a member of the Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Queensland Inc. (SPASA).

I am a member of the Master Builders Association of Queensland No. 21849 (QMBA).

I am a member of the Master Builders Institute of Building Consultants (IBC).

I have undertaken the Completed Residential Building Inspectors Course (BSACRB1001) conducted by the Master Builders Association of Queensland.

I am Director of NSPI (National Swimming Pool Institute)

I am a Certified NSPI (National Swimming Pool Institute) skills assessor for BSA licensing for the swimming pool industry in Queensland.

I am an Accredited Specialist in Pool Water Maintenance – National Swimming Pool Institute (NSPI) Pool Tech III Domestic / Commercial Pool Water Service – on-site.

I am a Workplace Trainer having obtained Certificate IV in Workplace Training (Category II – CNCAB016) – Yeronga Institute of TAFE - Queensland – 1998.
I was certified as a skills assessor by Construction Training Queensland (CTQ) for the Building & Construction Industry – CN2006 F26 – 1998.

I have been personally involved in the swimming pool construction and renovation industry since 1974.
